Indefinite contract for a Customer Engineer / Service Technician based in London, ON but servicing sw Ontario area.
Responsible for performing installation of hardware, hardware diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs, including multi-vendor maintenance with customer satisfaction and asset management as additional areas of responsibility. Requires customer interaction while performing repairs, installations, etc.

Requires ability to work nights, weekends, overtime, flex shifts, and on-call times
- Requires a willingness to travel, excellent interpersonal and relationship skills, and an innovative approach to problem-solving.
A commitment to quality and customer service also required.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Loading and unloading of parts, tools and equipment required. Bending, stooping, walking, and lifting in excess of 25 pounds required.
An Associates degree in electronics or computer technology is required. Requires 1 yr related experience.
Supported geographical area- South Western Ontario - Based in London, ON
40hrs per week - Rotating schedule for both Days and Shifts, i.e. Wed - Sun 7am - 4pm, Mon - Fri 3pm - 12 Mid, Wed - Sun Noon - 9pm, etc. Primary response on OLG, FLM & Rogers networks.
Front end POS is an asset as well.
Applicant must have their own reliable vehicle.
