Job description
Job description: We are looking for high energy applicants to work in a unique environment managing and trouble shooting a banking machine network.
This is a totally managed service environment, applicants would be managing an entire financial banking machine network.

We are looking for Applicants who have a background in trouble shooting hardware and have an understanding of SW; we have two SW Platforms OS2 moving to Aptra edge. Previous knowledge would be a benefit, however, 5 -7weeks training is provided.
Applicants must be prepared to work in a 7x24 Environment covering a shift rotation. Applicants who are interested in afternoons /midnights and weekends only must be prepared to be available for the 5 -7 weeks training period during the day.

Competencies required are Fluent in both English and French;
Excellent phone etiquette skills;
Must communicate clearly and effectively with the customer;
Very good written skills in English; Better than average multitasking and typing skills in a very fast paced environment where you have to move through different applications while working with the client
Team player. Must be detailed orientated and a big picture thinker.
Job duties: This is a 7x24 environment, Applicants should be aware due to location public transport hours are limited later in the evening and on weekends. Applicants should have means of reliable transportation as the schedule will vary month to month.

The Agent will utilize their customer service skills, technical skills, available systems and tools, and understanding of known solutions. The Agent will ensure the customer’s entitlement of services, remotely deliver solutions, dispatch service personnel, and when appropriate verify resolution of a customer’s issue that has not been escalated. The Agent will work directly with the customer to understand the problem, and /or escalate problem to other analysts (e.g., Application /HW Support Specialists) to help facilitate the resolution of an incident.
Need a candidate with 2 years experience in a Call Center/HD environment; PC literate with keyboard proficiency; awareness of computing environments (DOS, Windows, etc.)
