The Member Services Manager will be a proactive professional whose primary mandate will be to exceed member’s expectations by providing great experiences for members and guests. The successful candidate will be a natural people person whose personal style empowers co-workers in a team-based environment to become service minded with a focus on the vision of the MNjcc.
Responsibilities:
Implementation of the service strategy
Handling member inquiries and issues
Internal communication
Promoting and managing the data of MNjcc events and activities
Management of the fitness desk operations
Leadership of member service staff
Facility liason
Req. candidate profile :
Qualifications:
A University degree or certificate in a communications related field.
3-5 years of progressive hands-on customer service experience in the service industry.
2 years supervisory experience
Possesses professional and approachable presence, with good communication skills both oral and written.
A successful, energetic, assertive individual who is objective in business dealings.
A team player that is results-oriented.
A great problem solver through the identification of members and staff’s needs, and is able to offer effective solutions based on the needs.
Possession of a positive attitude.
Confident and possessing unquestioned personal and professional integrity.
