RESPONSIBILITIES:
Workforce Development and Continuing Education (WDCE) at Pennsylvania College of Technology is seeking a Project Manager to provide expertise and leadership for WDCE initiatives and operations, including responsibility for development, implementation, and control of client projects. This will include providing leadership and support for WDCE training programs, authorized education centers, specialized technical certification, and business and industrial training with an emphasis on grant-funded programs, long-term noncredit curriculum, and health sciences continuing education programs. Position will start as soon as feasible.

Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or an appropriate technology discipline or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience; three years of industrial/business experience directly related to technology, manufacturing, health sciences, or economic development; two years of project management experience; and effective management, supervisory, and leadership skills.
