Senior JDeveloper Mentor is to mentor in-house programmers, ensuring Oracle best development practices for JDeveloper 10/11g, ADF toolset in a browser based environment. The candidate will provide documentation for in house developers to ensure best practises are maintained. Assist in-house development team in the modification of Oracle eBiz custom solutions as well as other application development requirements. The successful candidate will posses excellent training/mentoring skills.
Job duties:
• Excellent teaching/mentoring skills.
• Expert knowledge in JDeveloper, Oracle ADF and Java 5.
• Knowledge of Delphi and .NET.
• Experienced in Oracle DB, and PL/SQL code.
• Experience in Interface/Integration development with a packaged software using Scripts, File transfer, Database Links, Web services, and XML messaging
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Experience with the following areas: Web development; HP/Unix and MS LAN environments: Oracle JDeveloper, Oracle ADF Framework, Java 5, XML, Programming
• Working knowledge of Services Oriented Architecture and Web Services.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and recognizes the benefits of adherence to systems lifecycle methodologies
• Knowledge of Oracle e-Business Suite modules: Financials and Supply Chain
• Working knowledge of MS-Project, MS-Office and Visio
• Knowledge of applications in the Liquor industry, is preferred
