Job Duties:
Provide the ongoing maintenance needs of the Naropa University campuses as delegated by Maintenance Manager. May include any of the following:
Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, vehicle mechanics, moving & hauling, painting etc.
Completing Work Requests
Planned and unplanned maintenance
Seasonal maintenance work
Classroom & special event set ups
Maintaining & organizing tools, equipment, shop organization, FFE inventory
Site work & landscape assistance as needed
Records keeping as required by supervisor.
Respond to Facilities emergencies as necessary
Perform other duties as assigned
Abide by Naropa University's Code of Conduct and all Employment Policies.
Req. candidate profile :
Qualifications:
Comprehensive skills in the following trade categories:
Plumbing
HVAC
Electrical
Painting
Carpentry
Solid communication and organization skills.
Ability to follow direction.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to multi-task; must have flexibility and sense of humor as well as attention to detail.
Basic computer literacy (word processing, excel, e-mail)
