Job description: Administrative Assistant

Job duties: We provide:

Req. candidate profile : You will be responsible for:
-Managing the FunctionFox office (all administrative duties including keeping the office tidy, ordering supplies, answering the phone, managing mail, data entry, travel arrangements, keeping files up to date).
-Handling all payables and receivables (preparing and sending invoices, collecting on outstanding debts, processing receivables, maintaining billing files).
-Assisting in the FunctionFox team in all administrative functions related to HR, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Development and Technology.
