The company was founded in 1998 to find professionals to meet the staffing/recruiting needs specifically for staffing/recruiting companies. Our client, who has been in the staffing industry for over 40 years with locations all over the world, is looking for a hunter type account executive to work in their Austin office. You will need to have 2-3 years of successful staffing sales experience in the accounting/finance, clerical, or commercial staffing fields. You will be responsible for driving new business and growing your billables while your recruiters fill the new job orders you will be bringing in. You need to be a self starter who feels comfortable selling at all levels of a company or corporation and who understands the sense of urgency that the industry requires. You will receive a base salary plus a commission plan that is open ended with no glass ceiling, so your ability to earn is only limited by your desire to succeed. You will need to have a minimum of 2 years of direct staffing sales experience along with a minimum of an associate degree, though a BA plus is preferred.
