| Req. candidate profile : | Qualifications:
Required: Juris Doctorate from a nationally ABA-accredited law school and licensed member in good standing of the bar association of any state whether or not actively practicing. Desirable: Significant and substantial experience in the practice of business law, demonstrated teaching proficiency in professional and/or academic settings, a history of scholarly research and professional and/or academic publication, an M.B.A. degree from an accredited college or university, law review membership or law publication experience, demonstrated ability to teach and work with persons from culturally diverse backgrounds, and demonstrated ability to contribute to student growth and/or to peer/subordinate professional development. |
