Responsibilities:
Successful candidates must have the ability to teach undergraduate courses and laboratories in control systems and system dynamics. Career advancement is based on successful and innovative teaching, scholarship, and service. The typical teaching load is five courses per academic year along with academic advising duties. The ability to teach a variety of undergraduate mechanical engineering courses and laboratories, as well as advise student design and research projects is an asset. The candidate will be expected to develop and maintain a student-centered research program resulting in publications in respected journals. Service includes curriculum development, participation in College committees and professional societies.
