Teaching load will consist of 9 semester hours per term.
Specifically, the position entails the following:
Teaching courses in interviewing and leadership.
Additional teaching assignments selected from undergraduate and graduate courses in organizational communication and in applied organizational communication contexts.
All faculty are expected to teach an undergraduate methods/writing course on a rotation basis.
Continued professional development and publication in area of specialty.
Consulting with graduate students on theses and independent studies.
Advising and serving on various area, department, and university committees.
Req. candidate profile :
Required Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Communication;
ABD candidates considered.
Background in organizational communication;
Evidence of teaching effectiveness and scholarly activity.
