Rosemont College, a private liberal arts college, located in Philadelphia's beautiful Main Line, is seeking an Associate Director of Admissions.
The Associate Director of Admissions is responsible for:
Tracking and analyzing national, regional and local enrollment trends; helping the Vice President of Enrollment establish recruitment goals; developing and implementing a comprehensive student recruitment program; representing Rosemont College to a variety of constituents (including prospective students, parents, school officials and the general public); working with the development office to develop promotional materials and publications used for marketing; providing advertisement and counseling to prospective students; developing and coordinating the implementation of special events to enhance recruitment and admission activities; conducting off campus visitation and tours; participating in the evaluation of applications; annually assessing admissions and recruitment process and outcomes (providing feedback and recommendations as appropriate); interpreting, revising, and implementing operational policies; establishing work flow, procedures and operational improvements within the unit; planning and managing a budget to support office functions; overseeing and managing the student records function for the college (providing certain essential services for undergraduates and international students of the program); providing advice, guidance, and direction to the college with regard to issues surrounding student records; and supervising office staff.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate should possess:
strong organizational, analytical and management skills; the ability to communicate well; the ability to interact well with diverse constituencies and have an implicit understanding of recruitment and marketing at the professional level. Excellent written and oral skills and the ability to strongly support the goal of providing highly personalized service with the use of cutting edge technology is required.
Required:
Bachelor's degree, two or more years of admission's experience, a valid driver's license and his/her own vehicle.
Preferred:
Master's degree, bilingual, and prior admissions experience (supervisory experience in a college or university admissions setting).
