Responsibilities:
Serving as a key member of the University’s Advancement team and reporting directly to the Executive Director of Campaign and University Advancement, the Senior Development Officer manages a portfolio of selected prospective donors and advances their relationship with the University as part of our multi-year JUMP campaign.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a university degree and several years experience in major gift fundraising. He/she will also have a proven track record of significant fundraising achievements and an understanding of advancement models, preferably within a higher education context. Further, he/she will have a strong background in the cultivation, solicitation and closing of individual gifts.
Additional qualifications include
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, an ability to work to tight deadlines, a collaborative approach to work.
