Job description:
Monroe College is seeking Tele-counselors to work in Admissions.
Responsbilites include but not limited to:
Handle all Admission and any other incoming telephone calls
Advice, set appointments and follow-up with prospective students
Data entry
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions
Req. candidate profile :
Requirements include:
Associates degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
Must be available evening and weekends
Minimum 2 years customer service experience, preferably in a cal center environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Internet Applications
Strong commitment to highest level of customer service
Bi-lingual a plus.
