Position Description:
Responsible for soliciting, booking catering events for the hotel.
Responsible for communicating all pertinent details to the appropriate departments as it relates to each group
Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Generate new business while maintaining rapport with existing clients.
Req. candidate profile :
Position requirements:
Bachelors degree
Must have 3-5 years prior hotel sales experience.
Attention to detail and creativity
Problem solver
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of the practices and procedures of the catering industry.
Knowledge of food & beverage
Candidate must also be proficient in Windows, Word, and Excel.
