Responsibilities include:
Provide world-class client support
Coordinate services to occupants/tenants of properties
Operate and maintain properties and grounds
Maintain tenant relations
Negotiate and oversee performance of service contracts
Prepare monthly financial and operation reports required by ownership
Coordinate tenant improvement projects between tenant and Construction Manager
Negotiate leasing contracts
Monitor compliance with legal and contractual requirements of owners, contractors, and tenants
Participate in marketing and leasing program
Prepare annual budget and operating expense reconciliations

Requirements:
The successful candidate will be extremely professional, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and have exceptional customer service skills. Extensive experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Candidates must have a high school diploma and a BA/BS degree in any business field is preferred. Previous financial reporting experience is required. We prefer a minimum of four years in commercial property management for this position, specifically experience working with Medical Office Building Management (MOB). Also, MRI experience is preferred.
