Part of the overall college admissions team, this is an entry-level position working with MBA students. Specific responsibilities include research on government agencies, businesses, colleges and other institutions with regard to partnership possibilities; recruitment activities including interviewing, file review, credential review and follow-up; and coordination of the MBA application process. This position also assists current students with registration, enrollment and graduation eligibility issues. The position requires work on evenings and weekends and occasional overnight travel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Office coverage, including interviews with prospective students and answer telephone and email inquiries.
- Assist with retention activities, including advising, registration and graduation eligibility issues.
- Build relationships with and travel to government agencies, businesses, colleges and other institutions to recruit students.
- Follow-up with prospective students via telephone, email and other means.
- Help organize on-campus events such as open houses.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, graduate degree is desirable.
- Knowledge of the admissions field is desirable, but not required.
- Must be an intelligent "people person," enjoy working with adult students and be comfortable with public speaking.
- Must be knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office products.
- Some light lifting is required, as is a valid driver's license.
