Job description:
The Solomon Organization owns and operates residential condominium and town home rental communities throughout NJ, PA, and NY State.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plans, organizes, and coordinates administrative aspects for one or more executives
Prepares routine and advanced correspondence (business & personal)
Receives & screens phone and email messages and teams with another administrative assistant to ensure coverage for the area
Accesses mail, correspondence & faxes, bringing urgent matters to the attention of the executive staff
Arranges travel & appointments and maintains calendar
Other miscellaneous duties such as filing, faxing, copying, mailings
Will train to assist with monthly real estate closing and attend closings
Req. candidate profile :
SKILLS:
Excellent written & verbal communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling
Detail oriented and multi-tasking ability
Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls during peak periods
Professional demeanor with strong ability to work in a team environment
Flexible with ability to maintain composure under pressure
Respect for confidentiality
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5 years administrative experience
EDUCATION:
Minimum of a 2-year degree; bachelor's preferred
