The Assistant Director of Finance will provide fiscal analysis and maintain compliance and accountability for the Center's granted programs. The Assistant Director will be responsible for personnel training and development; directing recruitment and selection of tutors; overseeing travel, billing, payroll, and training functions, as well as all self-supporting accounts; generating reports; and participating grant writing.

Qualifications:
Qualifications include Master's in Business Administration or Finance from an accredited college or university with a minimum of two (2) years of direct experience in the finance, employee supervision and TRIO programs.
The Assistant Director must be proficient in the administrative functions of budgeting, planning and fund accounting; must have experience with zero-based budget and EDGAR. Must be able to prepare financial statements to ensure compliance with federal, state and university policies; be proficient in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks.
