Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Director of Employee Development, the person selected for this position will be responsible for the following: developing, scheduling and delivering various in-class and e-learning training programs including new hire training and introduction of new products and services; formulating course curriculum, syllabus and job aids for each training program.
Administrative duties include:
Coordinating external training; providing enhancements/revisions to existing materials; reporting on progress of trainees; maintaining information within automated learning management system; creating and distributing training opportunity announcements; and maintaining the training intranet site.
Req. candidate profile :
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from an accredited four-year college or university; and a minimum of one year related experience and/or training for a financial institution; or equivalent combination of education and experience. This job requires strong computer application skills in MS Office Suite. Experience in the operation of a bank or credit union core processing system is desirable.
