Job Purpose:
Administer Workers Compensation claims (self-insured)
Investigates accidents and prepares reports for internal review.
Maintains OSHA records according to Regulations
Identifies and coordinates OSHA safety training
Reduce Workers’ Compensation costs by focusing on safety awareness, working with Corporate Safety Manager and employees to work safely
Maintain safety records including training documentation, OSHA recordkeeping, etc.
Generates Reports
Attend Worker’s Compensation Hearings
Req. candidate profile :
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 - 5 years professional Human Resource experience administering workers compensation claims and site safety
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
Excellent computer skills in MS Office.
Experience with Worker’s Compensation and Safety Programs in a manufacturing environment.
