Technician Responsibilities:
Installation and Service of commercial door hardware products.
Interface with customers to resolve installation and service concerns and questions.
Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
Interface and update manager with job status and customer issues.
Train end users in the proper operation and use of their products.
Install and service customers in a time efficient manner, and maximize productivity.
Req. candidate profile :
Qualifications:
Should have experience with installation of door hardware products both new and retrofit. (i.e. Door closers, Exit Devices, Cylindrical and Mortise Locksets, etc…)
Experienced with Master keying, Electrified Door Hardware, and Door Installations.
Must have a valid driver’s license and possesses a clean driving record.
Ability to lift/move material weighing up to 75 lbs.
