POSITION SUMMARY: Provides advanced executive administrative support to the organizational unit.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1.Prepares/generates reports using internal MIS system (SAP), often covering subjects of a technical and/or confidential nature in which significant knowledge of the subject or terminology is expected. Including sales order entry and answering general customer calls regarding order entry.
2.Organizes and expedites flow of work in AMNC office by maintaining files, office supplies, correspondence/records and independently follows up on pending matters that could cover a long time frame. Coordinates internal and external input for major projects/programs.
3.Prepares/modifies complex reports and performs light analysis focusing on financials, P&L, production, or other quantitative matters, sophisticated and non-routine graphs and charts, gathering and summarizing considerable information and data.
4.Receives and screens telephone calls, letters and/or visitors and mail distribution. Answers routine questions, obtains and furnishes information to save supervisor’s time. Routes or answers routine correspondence not requiring supervisor’s attention.
5.Arranges travel, using independent judgment to make changes. Handles major conference arrangements.
6.Assist other areas of Operations with hands-on help when required i.e. shipping, inventory counts.
