Primary Responsibilities
Represents Company on any and all legal matters.
Creates new and improves existing company contracts.
Reviews company policies and recommends improvements.
Manages various on-going projects including property management concerns and environmental clean-up efforts.
Manages the collection of accounts receivable.
Arranges security for specific accounts with letters of credit, deeds of trust, etc.
Arranges for forced collections through collection agencies and other direct methods.
Monitors credit and applies controls as necessary to control credit risk.

Skills:
Excellent administrative and communications skills
Ability to manage multiple projects to completion with sound business judgment
Effective research and problem solving skills
Ability to prepare and present results for senior management
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Knowledge of generally accepted collection practices and legal processes/limitations.
Proactive, self-starter who has the ability to motivate and manage others.
