Description of Duties:
Conducting complex analyses and presentation skills data gathering and research - ability to synthesize results and develop hypothesis and action responses
Building detailed financial models and managing multiple data input.
Writing/reviewing detailed business plans/information memos and highlighting key notes through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Directs and oversees business intelligence process (collection, analysis, and dissemination) and coordination of such processes amongst internal functional groups
Summarizing research and analysis information from multiple sources. Deliver and identify new sources of data.
Assisting/co-coordination of competitive intelligence analysis exercises among multiple internal organizations.
Supporting the development of cogent business intelligence presentations to the Board, Senior Staff and other stake holders.
Req. candidate profile :
Requirements:
Min. 3-5 years prior work experience in Business and Financial Analysis / Competitive Intelligence and or Strategic Planning.
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication (both verbal and written)
Strong abilities and experience in construction of multi- segment corporate financial models and forecasting
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities - manage time and work-streams effectively to meet deadlines. Deal with uncertainty
High level of motivation and enthusiasm.
Broad industry perspective of GTECH’s different business lines – Lottery, Gaming and Commercial Services
Experience in SWOT, Scenario, Industry analyses
Prior Strategic Planning and or Competitive Intelligence experience
Business experience operating in global markets
MBA, ACA, CPA or equivalent. i.e. 5 years business analysis experience.
