BSL offers its residents access to a full continuum of services. - independent living, assisted living, retirement centers / continuing care retirement communities (CCRC) and management services.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall management and the day-to-day operations while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Ensure continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of services.
  • Hire and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staffing.
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities as needed.
  • Maintain high degree of associate satisfaction.
  • Implement approaches and services to maintain or enhance resident independence.
  • Maintain high degree of resident satisfaction at all times.
  • Implement programs and changes to enhance resident satisfaction.
  • Maintain and upgrade knowledge and implementation of standards and requirements specified by federal and state laws.
Req. candidate profile : We seek the following qualifications:
  • Three years plus experience in operations, marketing, financial planning, and human resources management.
  • Senior Living Industry knowledge and experience.
  • Degree in healthcare, gerontology, business, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage a budget.
  • Work history that supports ability to hire, direct, and manage associates
