Clarins Fragrance Group (CFG) seeks a Regional Headquarter Account Manager to function as the key communicator between the stores in their market, Clarins Fragrance Group management, and the field sales organization.
Responsibilities:
Full accountability for Retail Sales and shipping achievements based on Company goals and objectives.
Review Monthly sales report
Keep ASD advised of stock issues, keep brand sales/stock plans.
Keep Area Sales Directors up to date on all Space and Location issues
Adhere to all budgets for expenses, advertising, demonstration and modeling
Contribute to the development of the CFG brands using all available tools
Train and develop a team of Retail Sales Coordinators by using sound coaching techniques to achieve superior results. i.e.: - Develop and monitor monthly retail sales goals by branch
Visit each door within their market responsibility on a monthly basis to work with Fragrance Demonstrators and meet with store executives
Communicate via voicemail and call time with all direct reports daily and weekly
Update field on all events and pertinent information regarding promotions, etc
Build relationships with all levels of store line executives, (Regional Vice Presidents, General Managers, Divisional Managers, PR event departments, etc) in order to gain support and partnership
Work with Area Sales Director to examine strategies and ideas to advance the account
Implement events to grow the headquarter business, as well as individual territory
Execute all administrative tasks, effectively control paperwork, and promptly respond to all communication.

Requirements:
This position requires a goal driven sales manager with a minimum of 5 years in the fragrance and/or cosmetic industry. A bachelor's degree or some college and equivalent work experience preferred. Must be highly organized and able to communicate effectively with all levels. Must be achievement driven and focused on consistently delivering great results.
