The PETA Foundation seeks experienced recruiter to oversee recruitment and staffing needs for international non-profit organization. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an organization that is making a difference in the world!
In this role, you will develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels, maintain professional relationships with college and university placement offices, direct efforts with employment agencies and research, plan, organize, and conduct staff training programs.
Successful candidate must 2-4 years of recruitment and/or training experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills and thorough knowledge of internet advertising.
