While adhering to department and company policies, the Process Clerk role is to meet or exceed exception performance and quality standards, while maintaining a client specific portfolio of incoming files relevant to Customer Statuses.

Position Responsibility and Duties
  • Adhere to company and Department Policy and Procedures
  • Perform effective Server communication, ensuring performance and quality
  • Coordinate with with Sheriff’s office to ensure contact requirements are achieved
  • Coordinate with the Clerk of Court to ensure contact requirements are achieved
  • Perform job duties in accordance with documentation standards in our proprietary system
  • Ensure applicable case file updates are maintained and remain updated
  • Serve as point of contact for servers
  • Meet or exceed Key Performance Standards
  • Meet or exceed Key Quality Standards
  • Perform skip-trace duties as required and or as needed
  • Serve as back up in the absence of other team members
  • Meet all training requirements and apply learning as appropriate
  • Demonstrate proficiency in ProVest terminology

Req. candidate profile : Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of verifiable work experience
  • Requires a high level of work ethic
  • Must demonstrate proficient organizational skills and superior customer service skills
  • Must effectively communicate via written and verbal communication
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must be proficient in typing and computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Legal experience a plus
