| If you are using the correct password and email you may have a problem because of not selecting the correct user type or not enabling cookies in your browser. Please make sure you select the correct user type and enable cookies in your browser. |

|
Jobshelf provides oppurtunities to views jobs categorized by job industry, by location, by company. Further job search bar is available in most of the pages of the site where jobs can be searched with keyword based on location or job industry.
For registered users jobshelf provides the oppurtunity to create their own job tree categorized by location and job industry. Such a job tree will be helpful to locate viewed and new jobs for registered users.

| What are search preferences? |
|
| Search preferences are automated job scanning options available to registered users who would like to save their time and avoid searching. These options generate preference trees displaying jobs/resumes categorized by location, job industry etc. Viewed/new jobs/resumes are tracked for the users convineance in the preference trees. |

| How do I edit/update my profile or change my password. |
|
| Login to jobshelf, click on "My options" tab and then click on "My profile" suboption. Here you can edit/update your profile or change your password. |

| How can I keep track of jobs of my liking on jobshelf? |
|
Jobs of your preference can be saved on your computer using the "Save job" link on the job details page.
Click on the "Saved jobs" tab in the top to view your saved jobs.
Please note:
1.Any such jobs saved while not logged on to jobshelf are saved only on your computer and browser and cannot be listed on other computers.
2.Any jobs saved after logging on to jobshelf can be viewed after logon to jobshelf from any computer and browser.

| How can I know if there are any new jobs posted on the site suitable to my preferences? |
|
There are three ways how you can be intimated of jobs posted on jobshelf.com and are suitable to your preferences.
1.You can setup the Job agent preferences and jobshelf.com will send you a daily email with new jobs posted on the site based on your preferences. Click on "My job agent" tab to setup your preferences after you login to the system. View the demo to know how to setup Job agent preferences.

2.You can set up a search preference under My options. Once such a search preference is setup jobshelf.com will scan all the current jobs posted and create a preferred job tree which will display the jobs suitable to your preferences. The system will further keep track of viewed and new jobs as they are posted in the system and viewed by you.
